Is my data secured? What data security measures do PMS Insight has in place?

Data security is playing the vital role as we deal with PHI. That’s why it's good to know that with PMS Insight, your records are stored and continuously backed-up using security procedures that exceed HIPAA regulations. We utilize a nationally recognized and accredited "SSAE-16 SOC-1 and SOC-2 certified" and "HIPAA HITECH, PCI-Level 1 DSS, NIST 800-53 data center to store data, It is a state-of- the-art data center in the cloud, protected with industry standard encryption. You can rest assured knowing your data is safe without compromising PHI confidentiality.

What are the system requirements for PMS Insight?

It is a centrally hosted, cloud-based application. No need of any server or expensive equipment from your end. Instead, all you need a high speed internet connect with latest browsers including IE11, Firefox, Chrome, etc.

Where can I review your agreement and pricing details?

Which insurance paper and electronic claim formats are supported by PMS Insight?

We currently support professional claim format, used for provider charges, using the CMS 1500 paper claim format and ANSI 837p (5010) electronic claim format. Currently our engineering team is working on UB form setup for hospital billing and will be ready shortly.

Do I need to set up an account with a clearinghouse? Are there additional fees?

We will tie-up with our own clearing house. Practice will be responsible all for clearing house charges.

What days and hours is your support available?

What are the benefits of outsourcing my billing?

Outsourcing billing is a great way to increase your efficiency and improve your returns. By letting PMS Insight take complicated billing issues off your plate, you can focus on your patients, not paperwork. PMS Insight makes sure you are paid quickly for all your services.

If for some reason, I would like to discontinue my subscription, can I export my data?

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied, you can export your data at any time at no additional charge. You can save a copy of your data to your local computer in standard file formats, such as Comma–Separated Value (.CSV) or Microsoft Excel (.XLS). This provides you with the flexibility to store a backup copy of your data on your own computer or take your data with you if you ever decide to cancel your subscription to PMS Insight.
